Halo Habits provides a habits and coaching application, including optional SMS/MMS messaging to deliver reminders, check-ins, and support (the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). The Services are not medical or clinical care and do not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health matters.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to interfere with them or using them in violation of law, carrier/industry guidelines, or platform rules. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse or non-compliance.
Program description. With your consent, Halo Habits may send recurring SMS/MMS messages about onboarding, weekly check-ins, habit reminders, tips, and service notifications. Message frequency: up to 3 check-in messages per week. Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-in. You may opt in by (for example) checking a box on our site/app, or entering your phone number in an opt-in form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out. Text STOP to end. You may also use recognized synonyms (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). We will confirm your opt-out and stop messaging that program. To re-subscribe, text START, YES, or UNSTOP.

Eligibility/availability. Messaging may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
Changes. We may change the short/long code or sending number(s) and will reflect such changes in our messages or site.
All rights in the Services (including software, content, and trademarks) are reserved by Halo Habits and its licensors.
We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., messaging carriers and processors). Their terms may apply where relevant.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Habits will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any delay, failure, or interruption in the provision of the Services (including messaging).
You will defend and indemnify Halo Habits for claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflicts of law rules. You and the Company agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, USA, and each party waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
